Insurance
DigitalGlobe offers two medical insurance plans through United Healthcare. Employees have
the option to choose which plan best fits their needs. DigitalGlobe plans include Life
and AD&D insurance policies. Employees also have the option to purchase supplemental
Life insurance for both themselves and immediate family members.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Employees may pay for medical and/or child care expenses using pre-tax dollars deducted
from their paychecks.
401(K) Retirement and Savings Benefit
There are few goals of greater long-term importance than financial security. Employees
are encouraged to contribute to the 401(K) Retirement and Savings Benefit plan.
Our plan features a wide variety of investment funds and allows catch-up contributions
for employees over the age of 50.
Composite Leave
Employees are eligible to accrue up to four weeks of combined vacation and sick
leave per year. In addition, the company recognizes ten paid holidays.
