Commercial Regional Affiliates

GeoEye’s Commercial Regional Affiliates are independent companies that own ground stations and processing facilities. They purchase satellite time from GeoEye and download the IKONOS® data direct into their facilities. Regional Affiliates maintain copyright and ownership of acquired imagery and establish IKONOS pricing within their communication cones.

Ground Station Network

GeoEye has a satellite ground station network composed of owned and leased ground terminals for downloading satellite imagery around the world. These ground stations provide a global footprint and satellite communication access that gets imagery back to customers more quickly. Ground station locations:
