Collection of data regarding the terrain around an airport and the obstacles penetrating
the Obstacle Identification Surface (OIS) in the area. May be acquired using Terminal
Instrument Procedures (TERPS) or Procedures for Air Navigation Services—Aircraft
Operations (PANS-OPS) criteria.
Deliverable
Point, line, and polygon data collected and delivered in Shapefile format, Micro-Station
format, Auto-Cad format, or Geographical Markup Language (GML). Standards supported
include RTCA DO-276.
