to make Digital Nautical Charts (DNCs) and Electronic Navigational Charts (ENCs),
meeting the exacting requirements of S-57 and DX-90 standards.

construction, and for developing security plans to comply with the International
Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code—now mandated for all significant ports
